Applicants for membership at the Project Return Center for Lifelong Education,                                                      Training, and Development must:

• Have a major mental illness
• Be 18 years of age or older


• Want to be a member of the Center community


• Not currently present a danger to self or others


• Pay a one-time fee of 25 cents for a lifetime membership

To apply for membership, the following documents must be completed:

• A Project Return Application for Membership


• A current psychiatric evaluation


• A psychosocial history


• A signed release  
•  

Orientations are held for new members.  The orientation gives you an opportunity to visit the Center and see the services and supports available so that you can make an informed choice about your membership.
